Description
The Infineon 2ED020I12-F2 is a dual-channel isolated gate driver designed for half-bridge power converter applications. Each channel provides 2A peak output current with independent galvanic isolation up to 1200V working voltage.
The device features integrated interlock protection to prevent shoot-through conditions, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for both high-side and low-side drivers, and fast propagation delay matching for precise switching control. The compact DSO-16 package simplifies PCB layout while maintaining high isolation capability.
